The Goliath people are a rare and enigmatic race that many consider to be small giants, due to their towering height and impressive physical strength. Though few in number, the Goliaths have carved out a unique way of life for themselves in the northern polar icecap of Roshar.
Unlike other races who have established permanent settlements and cities, the Goliaths are a nomadic people who prefer to live in small communities that they can easily pack up and move from place to place. They are fiercely independent and self-sufficient, relying on their strength and resourcefulness to survive in the harsh and unforgiving environment of the icecap.
The Goliaths have little interaction with the rest of the world, preferring to keep to themselves and maintain their own traditions and way of life. They have the most contact with the Dwarves, with whom they share a mutual respect and admiration for each other’s strength and skill. However, decades can pass without any sightings of Goliaths, making them a mysterious and elusive race.
