The Holy Dominion of Estwatch, neighbouring The Commonwealth, is the religious epicentre of Roshar. Scholars have put forth that Estwatch, and the other nations, have encouraged all significant, organised religion to develop and consolidate within itself over the past millennia. Due to the dominant religion being the veneration of the Seven Divines, religion outside of Estwatch is more of a passive process due to the pantheons aversion to direct interference in the material plane.
The Archbishop for each Divine administers a diaconate, each named after the diaconates primary settlement. In turn each Archbishop reports to the Prelate, each of the seven clergy’s chosen representative to their respective Divine. The Seven Prelates jointly agree the affairs of Estwatch as a whole from the capital Kelothe.

Its gardens are tended by an array of celestial beings who take great pride in maintaining the natural balance of the plane.
The groves of Cascadia are filled with wildlife, including majestic unicorns and nimble faeries. These creatures are often visited by those seeking to find a peaceful respite from the battles and turmoil of the lower planes. In the centre of Cascadia, there is a grand hall, where Allat holds court. She is often surrounded by other celestials who seek her wisdom and guidance.
Those who enter Cascadia are filled with a sense of peace and tranquillity, as if all their troubles have melted away. The soft, glowing light that bathes the gardens and chambers fills one’s soul with a sense of comfort and hope. Though it may seem like a place of idyllic perfection, there is a strong undercurrent of discipline and order that pervades the plane. The plane appears as a seemingly endless labyrinth of forges, foundries, and training grounds, all dedicated to the perfection of the art of war. Everywhere one looks, one can see the products of Bane’s craftsmanship: gleaming suits of armour, razor-sharp weapons, and mighty war machines.
The inhabitants of Adamant are celestials of martial prowess, who tirelessly train and refine their skills in the never-ending pursuit of perfection. These beings are proud and disciplined, and they live their lives according to strict codes of conduct and honour.
Despite the militaristic nature of Adamant, the plane is not without its beauty. The sight of thousands of celestials working in perfect unison, their movements as synchronized as a well-oiled machine, is a thing of awe-inspiring beauty. And the sounds of hammers ringing on anvils, the roar of bellows, and the hiss of molten metal as it cools, are a symphony that echoes across the plane.
To mortals who find themselves on Adamant, the plane can be both a place of wonder and a place of challenge. The celestials who inhabit the plane are not hostile to outsiders, but they expect visitors to conduct themselves with the same discipline and honour that they hold themselves to. And those who seek to learn the art of war will find few better teachers than the celestials of Adamant.

The party traveled, with a brief stop across the border into Holy Dominion of Estwatch. The party stopped for supplies in Ritherhithe where they visted the Temple of the Seven. There Calyn, in this new lands and with new gods, prayed at the altar of the Stormlord. The bishop there, Joseph Morningfall, bore witness as Calyn was blessed by the deity. Joseph Morningfall shared with the party that Kilvin is known in the region as a devout and heroic man. Morningfall knew that Kilvin had intended to head to the fishing village of Khas’Kive.
Upon waking Velanon despaired at the news of Calyn having successfully removed the greatsword. Velanon believed it had been anchoring the Cannibal King into his prison barrow and now he had been truly freed. Velanon stated she had to return to Estwatch to consult her superiors about this. Velanon also advised that she and her Wardens had gotten to the barrow too late to stop the Evergloom Cult. They got whatever they were there for.
